Proposed building will provide 520 beds and allied diagnostic services- maternity wards, operations theatres and casualty services, etc. and ancillary functions such as residential staff quarters, nurses quarters, RMO quarters, etc.

Proposal to be executed with private partnership, with the MCGM intending to redevelop the hospital against granting part of the site to the private organization to use for medical purposes.
